About
Rachael Raymon Gilmer is a civil trial lawyer and shareholder at Levin Papantonio. She currently manages the single event personal injury department at Levin Papantonio and focuses her practice on car wrecks, wrongful death, trucking accidents, brain injury cases, and severe injuries related to premises liability. She is licensed in both Florida and Alabama and pursues personal injury cases from both states. Rachael has tried numerous cases to verdict, including multiple wrongful death and serious injury MVA claims as well as some soft tissue minor injury cases. Rachael refuses to take a cookie cutter approach to practicing law. She listens to her clients and pursues each case with their individual needs always first in the decision-making process. Rachael has earned an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell. Her reputation has also consistently landed her on the list of Super Lawyers, The National Association of Distinguished Counsel and Best of the Bar. She is regularly asked to speak at the Florida Justice Association conferences and has taught several trial prep classes through the FJA as well. Rachael has presented at the People’s Law School for the past 10+ years and enjoys any opportunity to share her professional experiences with others while also learning from the participants. As much as Rachael enjoys practicing law and being in the courtroom, her family is her top priority. Rachael is married to Albi, and they have two sons who keep her bouncing between the law office and a sports field. Rachael is also very involved in the local community serving on multiple boards as well as being a Mentor for BBBS Beyond School Walls Program. Rachael received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama and her undergraduate from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida and Alabama.
