Jonathan Ian Nirenberg

I am an employment lawyer, and a partner at Rabner Baumgart Ben-Asher & Nirenberg, P.C. I represent employees in New Jersey and New York. I handle a wide range of employment law disputes, including ones involving employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, unpaid commissions, family and medical leaves, reasonable accommodations for disabilities, and overtime and minimum wage claims. I have been practicing law since 1998, when I graduated from Cornell Law School.
