Melissa Roudabush

Mrs. Roudabush is a Senior Partner at R & S Law Group, LLP. Mrs. Roudabush is passionate about helping her clients find long-term solutions as peacefully as possible. Throughout her legal career, Mrs. Roudabush has worked in private practice, devoting her time to helping families. Mrs. Roudabush has spent time as a Managing Attorney in a busy family law practice and has also served clients in the areas of probate law, civil litigation, intellectual property, tax, and international criminal law. Melissa Roudabush earned her J.D. from UCLA in 2004 and her B.A. in Sociology and Women's Studies from Albion College in Albion, Michigan. Mrs. Roudabush earned the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice Award in recognition for work she did in law school. In addition, Mrs. Roudabush has volunteered at Bet Tzedek Legal Services and HIV/AIDS Legal Services Alliance, assisting clients mainly in the areas of government benefits, employment discrimination, and estate planning. Mrs. Roudabush has appeared in courts all over Southern California and is admitted to practice in all the state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District. When she isn’t working, Mrs. Roudabush enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
