I focus my legal practice on estate planning and probate matters. I assist clients with various needs, including setting up revocable and irrevocable trusts, trust amendments and restatements, trust administration, non-contested probate, Heggstad petitions, spousal property petitions, property tax planning, and charitable tax planning. When working with clients, I prioritize their best interests and strive to help them make informed decisions. My goal is to solve their problems and provide practical solutions tailored to their unique circumstances. My background includes prior experience at a Korean investment bank, which gives me a deep understanding of business issues that intersect with estate planning. I also hold an Enrolled Agent tax license, which allows me to navigate the complexities of tax applications effectively. Fluent in Chinese and Korean, I’m able to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds. Over the years, I’ve handled hundreds of cases involving revocable trusts and trust administration, as well as assisted high-net-worth individuals with complex gift strategies and property tax planning. Additionally, I’ve managed numerous trust administrations, trust divisions, and DSUE tax filings. I’m an active member of several professional organizations, including the Orange County Bar Association, Long Beach Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. I’m also part of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, which aligns with my commitment to providing well-rounded guidance to my clients.
