Will Pylant

Will Pylant is the founder of Pylant Estate Law, a Huntsville, Alabama law firm focused exclusively on estate planning, probate administration, trust and estate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary representation. Will regularly represents executors, administrators, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries in probate and trust matters throughout North Alabama. His practice includes helping families administer estates, advising fiduciaries on their legal duties, resolving disputes involving wills and trusts, handling heirship and sale-for-division cases, and assisting clients with contested probate matters. Before founding Pylant Estate Law, Will served as a trust officer for a regional bank, where he administered estates and trusts and worked closely with families, financial advisors, and accountants on fiduciary administration and estate settlement matters. That experience gives him practical insight into the challenges faced by personal representatives and trustees. Will has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for his work in estate and probate law. He is a Huntsville native, a graduate of the University of Alabama and Cumberland School of Law, and remains active in the Huntsville legal and civic communities.
