I have been successfully representing injured workers before the Massachusetts Department of industrial Accidents for over 20 years. Additionally, I have been recognized for my expertise in workers' compensation, as I have been appointed by two successive Massachusetts Governors to the Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Advisory Council. For the past 10 years, I have served as one of four statewide labor representatives to this Council. l am also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts's Academy of Trial Attorneys.
