Joseph Patrick Hougnon

After my tenure at the Office of the Attorney General and the Public Defender's Office, I graduated at the top of my class from law school and established my own practice in downtown Sacramento in 1997. For nearly three decades, I have been at the helm of my law office, managing cases in DUI Defense, Criminal Defense, and Administrative Professional Licensing Defense. I pride myself on being a proficient negotiator, having maintained a winning streak in every jury trial I have pursued over the last 25 years.
