I understand that facing a criminal charge can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to remember that a charge is not a conviction. The American justice system is built on the principle that every individual is presumed innocent, and I take that principle to heart. When someone trusts me to defend them, I stand by their side throughout the entire process, working tirelessly to protect their rights and strive for the strongest possible outcome. Before becoming a licensed attorney, I worked as a criminal defense paralegal, where I gained valuable hands-on experience assisting with a wide range of cases. That role helped me develop a solid understanding of criminal defense and the complexities involved in navigating the justice system. My background includes handling cases involving serious felony charges and misdemeanor matters, such as murder, criminal sexual conduct, armed robbery, domestic violence, assault and battery, DUI offenses, drug-related charges, property crimes, traffic violations, and school disciplinary hearings. I am a member of the South Carolina Bar and actively participate in the Young Lawyers Division’s Diversity Committee. I am dedicated to providing committed representation and advocating for my clients at every step of the way.
