About
Paul Aghabala is the founder and president of Prestige Law, where he has devoted nearly two decades to protecting the rights of injury victims across California. As the son of a family that fled persecution to find safety in the United States, Paul’s personal story has shaped his relentless drive to pursue justice for clients facing life-altering challenges. Paul earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, before completing his Juris Doctor at Southwestern Law School. During law school, he distinguished himself in trial advocacy competitions and later passed the U.S. Patent Bar, becoming a registered agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Since 2002, Paul has represented clients in high-stakes cases involving catastrophic injuries, employment disputes, elder abuse, and wrongful death. He has secured multiple seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements, including an $8 million resolution for a construction accident victim and a $3 million jury verdict in a business dispute. His courtroom record includes more than 25 jury trials as lead or co-counsel, underscoring his reputation as a skilled litigator unafraid to take difficult cases to trial. Recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Paul combines deep legal knowledge with unwavering compassion for his clients. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi, allowing him to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Beyond the courtroom, Paul serves on the board of ECHO Inc., supporting affordable housing initiatives for U.S. veterans. When not practicing law, Paul enjoys soccer with his children, hiking, and scuba diving—always returning to his practice with the same energy and dedication he brings to his clients’ cases.
