I am an accomplished attorney with experience in both transactional and litigation matters. I am registered in Oregon and California, and over the course of my 9 years of practice I have represented businesses of all sizes in a number of industries, and have also served as an in-house counsel to a drug development company and an international industrials supplier. My current practice provides services primarily to businesses, entrepreneurs and C-suite executives located on the west coast, and focuses on assisting them with all legal matters including setup and formation, commercial transactions, real estate , intellectual property, and raising capital.
