Lawyer Rivera currently holds the position of Managing Partner of the PowerPeople Law Firm (PPMS) leading a team of lawyers specialized in the field of Intellectual Property, Copyright, Entertainment and Litigation in Mexico and Latin America. His work currently consists of providing specialized legal advice on Intellectual Property, covering all kinds of matters related to the obtaining and protection of Trademarks, Copyrights, Artistic Names, Patents, Utility Models, Software, Licenses and Franchises. His work is also developed in providing opinions and high-level legal strategies to clients of any industry for an adequate defense and protection of intangible assets, as well as representing various clients in administrative procedures of nullity, expiration and infractions both in the Institute Mexican Industrial Property (IMPI), as well as before the National Institute of Copyright (INDAUTOR). His professional practice also includes legal representation in contentious administrative trials related to Intellectual Property before the Federal Administrative Court of Justice (TFJA) and amparo trials before Collegiate Circuit Courts (TCC) and District Courts (JDD). It has had great results in favor of its clients through the implementation of specialized, excellent and high-level advice in matters of Reserves of Right to exclusive use and Registration of Works, as well as in procedures before the Qualifying Commission of Legality and Content of Newspaper publication.
