Rachel White Glavis

Since 1999, I have been a licensed attorney, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, and I am also licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I received both my JD and my LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to, and while attending law school, I worked for seven years as a financial litigation consultant providing sophisticated financial and legal analysis to many clients. I am a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. I have worked in private practice providing legal counsel in the areas of estate and trust administration and litigation, estate and trust planning, guardianships, special needs trusts, business succession planning, employee benefits law, and tax matters. I have been a lecturer for various organizations in Burlington County and Camden County on the topics of Guardianship, Estate Planning, Business and Tax Planning and other matters
