Peter P. Meringolo

Peter represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and executives in a wide variety of business-related matters, including, but not limited to, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract, intellectual property disputes (trademark and copyright infringement), breach of fiduciary duty, and fraudulent transfer. In insurance recovery cases, Peter exclusively represents corporate and individual policyholders under all forms of insurance policies. Since 2017, Peter has represented dozens of property owners and businesses with respect to insurance claims arising from tragic losses in California wildfires.
