Besides doing estate planning, I regularly file petitions in the Courts to gather loose assets into a trust after someone has died (i.e., a "Heggstad" petition) or to modify an irrevocable trust in order to correct errors or deficiencies, or add in provisions that can be beneficial to a family. Additionally, I assist with probate and trust administration of a decedent's estate or trust after they have died.
