Benjamin A. Schwartz

Benjamin A. Schwartz is a husband, father, trial lawyer, and Managing Partner of the firm. Ben was born and raised in Dover, Delaware and now resides in Wilmington, Delaware. Ben primarily accepts representation in cases involving serious personal injury and death as the result of negligent, careless or reckless behavior.
