John Pasquale Attiani

I’m a family law attorney with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate divorce, custody, and support matters. I understand that these situations are often both legally complex and emotionally challenging, and I focus on providing steady, practical guidance through each step of the process. My approach is grounded in listening closely to my clients and understanding what matters most to them. Whether a case involves negotiation, mediation, or litigation, I work to advocate for my clients’ interests while helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. In addition to family law, my background includes experience in business and financial matters, which is often valuable in cases involving property division and support. I’m also a trained mediator and Collaborative Family Law Affiliate, and I serve as an arbitration panelist and custody mediator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. I earned my law degree from Temple University School of Law and hold a degree in accounting from Villanova University. Before practicing law, I served as a naval aviator in the United States Marine Corps.
