I am a divorce attorney dedicated to helping my clients navigate various family law matters, such as marital settlement agreements, property division, marital agreements, custody, modifications, and alimony. I blend the determination of a strong litigator with the emotional awareness of a negotiator, offering effective representation in the sensitive area of divorce law. To achieve positive outcomes, I approach each case by considering what a judge would likely decide if it went to court. This strategy reduces the likelihood of the other party rejecting an offer or unwillingly halting negotiations. My thoughtful and strategic negotiation methods have consistently benefited my clients. I know how important it is for individuals going through divorce to have an attorney who can clearly, persuasively, and passionately advocate for their position, and I bring these qualities to every case I handle. Having personally experienced divorce, I have a deep understanding of the emotional challenges that come with the end of a marriage. This perspective allows me to guide my clients through difficult times with both knowledge of the legal process and compassion for their unique situations. Before joining Petrelli Previtera, LLC, I worked as a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, where I honed my courtroom skills by appearing in court at least three times each week. This role shaped me into a diligent and impactful advocate in legal proceedings. In addition to divorce law, I assist clients with various family law concerns, including spousal support, property division, adoption, child support, and child custody matters.
