Lauren Rebecca Jacoby

I am a family law attorney with Petrelli Previtera, LLC, representing clients in divorce, custody, and related family law matters throughout New Jersey. My legal background includes more than two decades of litigation experience. I have appeared in both state and federal courts and have handled cases from initiation through trial and resolution. I have also served as an attorney with the New Jersey Office of the Law Guardian, where I represented children in family court matters involving custody, parental rights, and permanency planning. This work informs my approach to family law cases involving parenting and child-focused issues. I earned my Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and my undergraduate degree from Montclair State University. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
