Joshua E. Huffman

I am a Georgia family law attorney who represents clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters. I approach each case with a focus on clear guidance, practical solutions, and strong courtroom advocacy when it matters most. I believe the best results come from understanding my clients’ goals and concerns. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and address issues clients may not yet see coming, so they can make informed decisions with confidence during a difficult time. I earned my Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and am a member of the Georgia State Bar. Before joining Petrelli Previtera, LLC, I served as an Assistant Public Defender, where I gained extensive courtroom experience and learned how to stay calm, prepared, and effective under pressure. I am a lifelong Georgia resident and live in Walton County with my wife and young son. Outside of work, I enjoy riding my motorcycle through Georgia’s backroads and building and troubleshooting computers.
