Matthew Adam Rabin

Matthew Rabin, Esq. is a Partner and the Managing Attorney of RTRLAW’s Personal Injury Litigation Division in Central Florida. Before joining RTRLAW as an Associate Attorney and later becoming a Partner, Mr. Rabin served as in-house trial counsel for Chubb Florida Insurance Company. With extensive trial experience representing insurance companies in personal injury matters, Mr. Rabin brings valuable insight into how insurers and defense attorneys evaluate, defend, and litigate claims. His background includes handling cases involving personal injury, product liability, property damage, condominium disputes, employment claims, Americans with Disabilities Act claims, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act matters. This experience allows him to anticipate defense strategies and develop effective litigation approaches for clients from the earliest stages of a case through settlement negotiations or trial. Mr. Rabin earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where he double majored in Political Science and History, graduated cum laude, and ranked in the top 15% of his class. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, also graduating cum laude near the top of his class. Mr. Rabin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is also licensed to practice law in Texas. Mr. Rabin has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest peer-review rating standard, and was recognized as a Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2010. Originally from Elmwood Park, New Jersey, Mr. Rabin has lived in Florida since 1992 and attended Cooper City High School. He currently resides in the Orlando area. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
