About
I'm Ana María Pérez, owner of Perez Law P.L., a bilingual immigration and family law practice in Doral, Florida. I've been a member of The Florida Bar since 2007 — more than 19 years of representing clients across South Florida and throughout Latin America. My practice focuses on two areas: IMMIGRATION. I handle citizenship and naturalization (N-400), marriage-based green cards (I-130 / I-485), removal of conditions on residence (I-751), E-2 treaty investor visas, L-1 intracompany transfer visas, consular processing, and waivers of inadmissibility. Many of my clients come from Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, and Spain, and I represent them before USCIS, the National Visa Center, and U.S. consulates abroad. FAMILY LAW. I handle contested and uncontested divorce, child support and alimony, timesharing (custody) and parental responsibility, paternity, and prenuptial agreements under Florida law. I'm a certified Florida Supreme Court family mediator, which often lets me resolve cases cost-effectively without extended litigation. What makes my practice different: I handle every case personally. Every client gets clear communication in the language they're most comfortable in (English or Spanish) and a strategy tailored to their specific situation. I earned my J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and am active with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Family law Section of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Doral Chamber of Commerce.
