About
I have been practicing law for over four years, but my connection to the courtroom and the local community runs much deeper. In 2025, I established the Peace-Nichols Law Office after spending more than three years as a prosecutor with the District Attorney's Office in the Augusta Judicial Circuit. My practice is centered on criminal law, juvenile law, and select family law matters. I also take on cases involving traffic violations, expungements, and issues related to probation and parole. I earned my law degree from the Charleston School of Law while working for over a decade as a Probation Officer with the Department of Community Supervision. My journey in public service began in 2007 when I started as a Probation Officer with Sentinel Offender Services after completing my undergraduate studies at Augusta State University. Beyond my legal career, I co-founded The Missing Link Found, Inc., a nonprofit organization that supports underserved and at-risk youth. Through this initiative, we provide free resources to help young people in the community achieve positive and successful life outcomes.
