Attorney Martínez’s educational background spreads out between Peru, the United States, and France. While in France, Mr. Martinez was a political science student at the prestigious Institut d’Études Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence. Mr. Martinez is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, and North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham. In law school, Attorney Martinez was part of the NCCU Law Civil Litigation Clinic. This provided Mr. Martinez a wide range of experience involving legal problems in areas such as landlord – tenant, police misconduct, and housing discrimination.
