Paul Joseph Kavanagh

joined Cole Acton Harmon Dunn in 2002, after six years as a prosecutor. My litigation experience as a prosecutor has served my clients well in the courtroom. I represent my clients as I would want to be represented and have earned the trust of my clients, opposing lawyers, and Judges. My practice areas include civil litigation, probate litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and criminal defense. I also represents the Springfield Police Union, small businesses and governmental entities. When I am not in court, I stay busy with my wife, six children, and an occasional poker game.
