I am the Senior Managing Director of Pathway Legal Solutions, PLLC, where I offer mediation, arbitration, and ADR services in Pennsylvania and South Carolina. With over 30 years of experience in the legal field, I bring a trial-tested perspective and strategic insight to resolving family, civil, and business disputes. I handle mediations involving custody and parenting plans, divorce and post-judgment issues, real estate conflicts, small business and employment disputes, and HOA matters. My approach is structured, confidential, and focused on achieving resolutions that emphasize fairness, professionalism, and agreements that stand the test of time. As a certified mediator and arbitrator trained through the Upstate Mediation Center and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, I previously worked as a trial attorney at nationally recognized firms and have argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. I also held senior academic leadership positions at Emory University School of Law, where I taught future attorneys in negotiation, ethics, and trial practice. I am admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and am dedicated to helping clients resolve conflicts efficiently, respectfully, and with lasting outcomes.
