Carter Augustine

I’m an associate in the firm’s employment and business litigation practice groups. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving workplace rights, wage and hour and FLSA disputes, restrictive covenant issues, and commercial and contractual litigation. I earned my J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where I was a member of the school’s Law Review. My work was published in the 41st Edition of the Georgia State University Law Review. During law school, I also worked as a graduate research assistant, contributing to scholarly projects focused on cultural heritage law and voting rights law. Before attending law school, I graduated from the University of Georgia, where I first became interested in the intersection of law, business, and public policy. My time at UGA provided a strong foundation for my legal career and continues to influence my professional journey. I’m a member of the State Bar of Georgia and am admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts and the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Additionally, I’ve been admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia. Outside of work, I enjoy college football, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
