Raymond Charles Silverman

Raymond C. Silverman is a Partner at the law firm Parker Waichman, LLP - Personal Injury Accident Attorneys in New York. He joined the firm as an Associate in August 2004 and became a Partner in January 2011. He has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York since April 2000 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York. He has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous federal and state courts throughout the United States in complex litigation matters involving serious injuries sustained by individuals as a result of their use of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products. He has spent the entirety of his twenty-one years as an attorney protecting the rights of individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. For the first twelve years of his practice, he exclusively handled general negligence, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation, primarily in New York State courts, often involving significant and life-changing injuries.
