Jerrold S. Parker is the founding partner of Parker Waichman, LLP - Personal Injury Accident Attorneys, a nationally recognized personal injury and mass tort law firm. With over 25 years of experience in personal injury litigation, Jerrold has built a distinguished career representing clients in complex personal injury, pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass tort cases. Before founding his law firm in 1992, he served as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division of the U.S. Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service from 1975 to 1983. Mr. Parker is also an entrepreneur, having created SmartAdvocate, a state-of-the-art case management system for plaintiffs' personal injury law firms, and founded Innovative Legal Marketing, which provides unique marketing strategies to law firms.
