Brian Stewart

I am a litigation attorney at Parker & McConkie, focusing on personal injury law. My career is dedicated to helping individuals and families who have been harmed in accidents. I am driven by a personal commitment to those who suffer through no fault of their own, drawing from my own experiences with loss and recovery. I take a deeply personal approach to my work, having faced the impact of defective products and the challenges of injury firsthand. I have successfully handled a variety of cases, including auto, trucking, and motorcycle accidents, as well as falls, dog bites, burns, and other serious injuries. My goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients through honest communication and dedicated effort. I have a strong track record of obtaining significant recoveries for my clients and am skilled in all aspects of case management, from strategy and negotiation to complex litigation. I hold degrees from Utah State University, the University of Utah’s business school, and The George Washington University Law School. My background includes teaching finance and law courses and serving as a judicial law clerk in Utah’s courts.
