Benjamin B. Treuting

Benjamin B. Treuting, an associate attorney at Palmintier Law Group, is deeply rooted in the heart of Louisiana. Raised in Marksville, he graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria, Louisiana, in 2007. His academic journey led him to Louisiana State University, where he attained his Bachelor's degree. Benjamin's dedication to the legal profession flourished as he pursued a Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, culminating in his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 2015. Throughout his career, Benjamin has remained ardently passionate about advocacy, priding himself on his responsiveness to clients' needs. His tenure at Palmintier Law Group has been marked by diligent and zealous representation, consistently advancing clients' interests. In the legal community, Benjamin is an active member of esteemed organizations, including the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Dean Henry George McMahon Inn of Court. His practice extends to all Louisiana State Courts, including the Louisiana Supreme Court, as well as all United States Federal District Courts in the state of Louisiana. Beyond his legal pursuits, Benjamin is dedicated to serving the community. He has played a pivotal role in the annual Baton Rouge Bar Association Belly Up with the Bar event, a charity initiative that supports the Baton Rouge Bar Foundation's Youth Education Program. In his leisure time, he finds immense joy in spending quality moments with his wife and three beautiful children, wholeheartedly cheering on the LSU Tigers, and indulging in the occasional round of golf.
