I have practiced solely in the area of consumer bankruptcy law since I began practicing in 2000. Our firm only represents Debtors and we have been in practice continuously since 1978. In January 2009, I became a partner of the firm and name was changed to "Padgett & Robertson". I am extremely proud of the work we accomplish and the people whom I've been able to help over the years.
