Scott Kenneth Petersen

I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in both Condominium and Planned Development Law and Business Litigation. I represent condo and HOA Boards and assist them in their day-to-day governance issues, amending governing documents, and enforcing the restrictive covenants. Additionally, I represent the association in court in a wide variety of matters, such as disputes with owners, enforcement issues, or collecting past due assessments.
