Timothy Charles Felice

I am Timothy C. Felice, the founder and principal of Felice Trial Attorneys, previously known as Felice Law Group. I am a personal injury civil trial attorney dedicated to pursuing justice for individuals who have been injured or lost their lives due to the negligence of others, including individuals, companies, or defective products. My work is driven by a commitment to achieving full civil justice for my clients. While I am known for being an assertive trial lawyer, I also take the time to listen and understand the needs of each client I represent. In fact, many prominent personal injury firms in Florida and across the country trust Felice Trial Attorneys to litigate and bring cases to trial. I was born in New York and grew up in a small town. Seeking warmer weather, I eventually relocated to the sunny paradise of South Florida. Today, I live in Palm Beach Gardens with my wife, Jessica, our three children, Noah, Annabelle, and Julia, and our five dogs: Luna, Jefferson, Oscar, Sherlock, and Poppy. When I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll often find me in the courtroom. I earned my undergraduate degree - magna cum laude - from Florida Atlantic University in 2001 before attending Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where I graduated in 2004. I am admitted to the Florida Bar and licensed to practice in all Florida State courts, state appellate courts, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. I am proud to be a member of several organizations, including the Palm Beach County Bar, Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice, and Palm Beach County Justice Association, where I currently serve as Treasurer and co-chair the CLE committee. Additionally, I am part of merit-based organizations such as the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
