Brandon Osterbind

I am Brandon Osterbind, an attorney and co-founder of Osterbind Law, PLLC. My practice is dedicated to assisting injured individuals in reclaiming their health, dignity, and the financial losses incurred from their injuries. Through my years of experience in central Virginia and the greater Lynchburg area, I have come to understand that while tragedy can strike unexpectedly, recovery is always within reach. I established Osterbind Law alongside my wife, Kelly, driven by my passion for aiding those who have been injured and the profound satisfaction I derive from delivering compensation to them. I was born and raised in Richmond, where my interest in law began early. During high school, I worked part-time in a law office, which solidified my path. I pursued my undergraduate degree at Liberty University and continued there to earn my law degree, graduating at the top of my class. Following law school, I clerked for the Honorable William G. Petty at the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Subsequently, I joined a local small law firm and was quickly promoted to partner. During this period, I handled a diverse array of cases, but I consistently gravitated towards personal injury cases. My clients also preferred my representation in such matters, which led me to focus on refining my approach to personal injury law, always seeking to improve the way I serve my clients.
