Craig Alan Hansen

Craig Hansen is a trial lawyer, law firm founder, and litigation leader based in Silicon Valley. Since his admission to the California State Bar in 2000, he has built a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes disputes for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses ranging from closely held companies to global enterprises. Craig is the founder of Hansen Law Firm, P.C., a boutique litigation firm he built into a respected presence in the Bay Area, known for its strategic, client-focused approach to difficult and often emotionally charged matters. His practice spans complex business litigation, real estate disputes, trust and estate litigation, and intellectual property matters. Prior to founding his firm, Craig practiced at both a prominent San Jose litigation firm and a national law firm, where he represented major corporations—including General Motors, Ford, and Honda—and participated in high-stakes commercial and patent litigation alongside some of the country’s leading trial attorneys. In January 2026, Craig joined Omnus Law as a Partner and Chair of Litigation, where he leads the firm’s national litigation practice. In this role, he focuses on building a collaborative, high-performance litigation platform while continuing to represent clients in complex and consequential disputes. Known for his strategic judgment, courtroom presence, and ability to navigate both the legal and human dimensions of conflict, Craig approaches each matter with a balance of tenacity, creativity, and practical insight.
