Paul Premack

I am a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation and was a founding member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). I have been a member of NAELA since 1989 and am licensed to practice law in both Washington State and Texas. My practice focuses on estate planning for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, probate services to assist surviving heirs after the loss of a loved one, and elder law to help clients navigate specific legal challenges. I am also a Geriatric Scholar through the University of Texas Health Science Center. Additionally, I have written a legal column for Hearst Newspapers, and my column archives can be found at www.premack.com. I am the author of "Thinking Beyond Tomorrow" and had the honor of serving as the 2019-20 President of the Texas Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Washington State Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Thurston County Bar Association, and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law section of the State Bar. I am also a Life Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
