About
Ms. Lindsey French is a dedicated advocate for clients and their children, handling complex family law matters including divorce, paternity, child custody and support, and collaborative divorce. She is committed to guiding clients through emotionally challenging litigation with professionalism and care. During law school, she served as a certified legal intern for Gulfcoast Legal Services, assisting clients seeking domestic violence injunctions. After passing the Florida Bar, she worked as a staff attorney in the Family Law unit, expanding her practice to represent victims of domestic violence and clients in family law matters. She also began presenting at local domestic violence shelters. In 2011, Ms. French became a founding partner of George & French in Dunedin, Florida, honing her skills in complex family law litigation. She is a Certified Supreme Court Family Mediator in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties and continues to serve in that capacity. In 2022, Ms. French joined Older Lundy’s marital and family law practice group, handling litigation, appellate matters, and serving as a Guardian ad Litem. She has been appointed by the Court in over seventy-five cases to advocate for the best interests of children. She has presented at and served as a panelist for conferences including the Sixth Judicial Circuit ACES conference, Family Law Update, Bench & Bar, and Guardian ad Litem training courses. In 2023, Ms. French received the President’s Award from the Clearwater Bar Association for her excellence and service as Chair of the Family Law Section.
