Brian W. Ross

I am a founding partner at Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC, where I have devoted nearly two decades to helping individuals and families across Ohio recover after serious accidents and injuries. Since beginning my practice in 2006, I’ve focused on personal injury and wrongful death law, representing clients with compassion, honesty, and determination. I believe that no two clients and no two cases are alike. Every situation deserves a personalized approach, and I take the time to truly listen, understand each client’s story, and develop a legal strategy that best serves their needs. Over the years, I’ve helped countless clients stand up to insurance companies and large corporations to secure full and fair compensation for their injuries, losses, and recovery. My experience covers a broad range of cases, including auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims. In addition to my private practice, I serve as Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, representing the state and its agencies in collections enforcement matters. I was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Montana State University (Bozeman) before obtaining my Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus. I’m an active member of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Central Ohio Association for Justice, where I previously served as Co-Chair of the Criminal Law Committee. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching my daughters’ softball teams, fly fishing, snowboarding, golfing, and playing music. I find that these experiences keep me grounded and remind me why I do what I do — to help people rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
