Mark J Rose

Mark J. Rose is a Partner with the full service law firm of Roig Lawyers. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mark practiced civil litigation and personal injury law at a boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. He is certified by Florida Supreme Court as a County Court Mediator and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent, peer review rated attorney. Mark served as an adjunct professor of business law at Palm Beach State College where he taught "The Legal and Ethical Environment of Business." Mark served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association where he was awarded the James A. Dixon Young Lawyer award. Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and obtained his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Stetson University. While in law school Mark served as a federal litigation intern at the United States Department of Justice, earned a certificate in Leadership Development, and served on the American Bar Association award winning Student Leadership Development Committee. Mark served as a member of the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court and worked as a law clerk in both plaintiffs’ and defense civil litigation firms specializing in the defense of personal injury, auto negligence, and premises liability claims.
