Larry Demerath

I am Larry Demerath, the managing partner at Demerath Law Office. I earned my BA degree from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. Following my graduation, I served in the United States Air Force in Vietnam. I then pursued a legal education and received my Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have spent a significant part of my career as a Nebraska farmer and have lived in Nebraska my entire life. With over 40 years of practice in law, I have gained a broad range of experience in various fields of law including Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Wrongful Death, Motorcycle Accidents, Family Law and Divorce, Premises Liability, Defective Products, and Mass Tort Litigation. Since 2002, I have been working alongside my son, Justin Demerath. Over the past decade, my primary focus has been on cases involving PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, MVA and TRUCK ACCIDENTS. Together, we have accumulated a significant amount of success in these areas. I am a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and am authorized to practice in all Nebraska Courts, United States Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
