Scott Parsons

Scott A. Parsons, a distinguished senior partner at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble, LLC, has been practicing law since 1984. He is widely acknowledged as one of the foremost legal professionals in his field. Mr. Parsons excels in high-profile plaintiffs' personal injury cases, focusing on major automobile negligence, construction incidents, and medical malpractice. In a notable achievement in June 2021, he settled a challenging personal injury lawsuit for $17.165 million. This case revolved around a client who suffered bilateral above-the-knee amputations after being hit by an uninsured dump truck. Mr. Parsons skillfully built a case against the subcontractor who employed the trucker, as well as the Project Manager and General Contractor, for their failure to verify the trucker's insurance coverage. Mr. Parsons successfully represented a plaintiff in a railroad accident case, securing a $6 million settlement. He achieved a significant $6 million verdict in a medical malpractice case related to an incorrect pain injection, setting a precedent in New Jersey law that has since greatly aided plaintiffs' attorneys in obtaining larger verdicts.
