Shawn P. Napier

Shawn P. Napier is an attorney at O’Brien Hatfield, PA, bringing extensive experience from his career as a federal prosecutor. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of Florida, where he prosecuted a wide range of federal criminal cases, including financial fraud, threats, and other complex matters. Mr. Napier also served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, where he gained valuable litigation experience. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2001 and is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Ohio. Mr. Napier combines a deep understanding of federal and state law with a commitment to achieving strong results for his clients.
