Lukas I Pick

Lukas I. Pick graduated from the University of California-Santa Barbara where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He went on to attend law school at the University of San Diego, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. After graduating law school he began working for a law firm which specialized in defending physicians in cases of medical malpractice. He became a partner in only 3 years, and learned how insurance companies value and approach litigation. Since 2010, one hundred percent of Mr. Pick’s practice has been devoted to advocating for individuals and families harmed by personal injury and elder abuse and neglect. Over the course of his career, he has successfully assisted clients in recovering millions of dollars through settlements and jury verdicts in complex, high stakes cases, including nursing home neglect and abuse matters. Through his extensive experience, consistent results, and deep understanding of the regulatory and medical issues unique to long term care cases, Mr. Pick is widely regarded as an authority in the field of nursing home abuse and neglect litigation.
