I have been practicing family law for 38 years. I am a TN Supreme Court approved mediator and have been mediating family law issues since 1992.My practice primarily includes Divorce, Custody, Child support, Modification of parenting plans, Contempt, Pre-Nuptial agreements and Juvenile Court cases. I am the owner and founder of the Hoffman Law and Mediation office. I believe that there are better and less costly ways to resolve divorces, than litigation. It is not always best to look for a "pitbull" attorney. You should be looking for a "smart" attorney. And yes, that is my pitbull, Jethro! He is one of my four pups.
