Angela A Zervos

I am Angela Zervos, President of Zervos & Calta, PLLC, and a personal injury trial lawyer. Since 1997, I have tried both criminal and civil jury cases, achieving settlements and trial verdicts that total over $90 million. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I have called the Tampa Bay Area home since 1985. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida in 1992 and my Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in December 1996. I became licensed to practice law the following year. I began my legal career as a Public Defender with the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, FL, where I tried more than 30 criminal jury trials. Since August 1998, I have dedicated my practice to representing victims of personal injury. Over the years, I have taken on major insurance companies, securing jury verdicts that often exceeded their coverage limits. Companies I have successfully challenged in court include Allstate, State Farm, Mercury, Nationwide, GEICO, Farmers Insurance, USAA, Liberty Mutual, and Auto Owners. I am proud to say I have not lost a case in over two decades. I am a lifetime member of the Multi-Million and Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the TOP 100 Civil Trial Lawyers of the National Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, I am a member of the American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association, and Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. I am also admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. In 2013, I was honored to receive an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest reviews from judges and fellow attorneys. As the Owner and Founder of Zervos & Calta, PLLC, I oversee offices in Tarpon Springs and Spring Hill, with satellite locations in St. Petersburg and Clearwater. I handle cases throughout the Tampa Bay area and across Florida.
