Mr. Norsigian was an Associate Editor of the prestigious Washington University Law Quarterly, where his legal article, Note, Community Property and the Problem of Migration, 66 Wash. U.L.Q. 773 (1988), was published. Mr. Norsigian is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Clair County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association. Mr. Norsigian is the recipient of the Belleville News-Democrat Readers’ Choice Awards for Best of the Best for 2019, St. Louis Post-Dispatch 2016 People's Choice of Southwest Illinois award for Best Lawyer, and has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s Top Rated Lawyer Award for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability, Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award (recognized for excellence in quality of service, overall value, responsiveness, and communication ability), Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion Gold Award, and a member of Marquis Who’s Who.
