Raymond Lahoud

I am Raymond Lahoud, and I serve as the Managing Attorney at Lahoud Law Group, P.C., where I focus on immigration law and deportation defense for individuals and corporations across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including areas like Easton, Bethlehem, and Allentown. My legal work covers a broad spectrum of immigration matters, including Citizenship, U.S. Non-Immigration Visas such as E, E-3, H-1B, H-2B, L, O, P, Q, R, and TN Visas. I also assist clients with U.S. Immigration Visas, EB5 Investor Visas, Exceptional and Extraordinary Ability Immigrant Visas, K-1, K-3 Visas, Multinational Manager/Executive Immigrant Visas, Outstanding Professor/Researcher Immigrant Visas, PERM Labor Certification, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Marriage Petitions, Asylum, and VAWA applications. Additionally, I handle various Immigration Waivers, including the Visa Waiver Program, National Interest Waivers, Hardship Waivers, and J Waivers. A key part of my work involves Deportation Defense at the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Circuit Court levels, where I represent individuals facing deportation across the United States. I also advocate for clients in state and federal appellate courts, seeking post-conviction relief for criminal cases that have led to deportation proceedings. I work with individuals who have overstayed their visas or entered the country without inspection. Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to receive several honors. Since 2012, I have been recognized with the Empire State Pro Bono Counsel Award, selected as Lead Counsel, named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and ranked as a Top Rated Immigration Attorney in the New York Metro Area. Most recently, I was included in the Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40. During law school, I earned a spot on the Dean's List, received multiple CALI awards, and contributed to the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
