Kate Nicholson

Kate Nicholson specializes in representing individuals, small businesses, creditors, and trustees in all variety of bankruptcy matters. Ms. Nicholson was named one of the top “40 Under 40” bankruptcy professionals by the American Bankruptcy Institute in 2017 and has been named a “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters each year from 2014 – 2019. She received her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
