Nichole Cotton

My name is Nichole M. Cotton. Before pursuing my legal career at North Carolina Central University School of Law, I lived and worked in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area. During that time, I built a solid foundation in the healthcare and automobile insurance industries, but my true passion has always been the law. I focus on resolving criminal traffic disputes and advocating for clients in personal injury cases. Through my representation, clients have received awards of $1 million, $1.1 million, and $100,000. I am admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. I earned my Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, my Master of Business Management from Southern Wesleyan University, and my Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina. In 2016 and 2017, I was honored to be voted "Best Attorney" by the Fayetteville Observer Readers’ Choice Awards. Additionally, I received the "Top 40 Under 40 Business Award" from the Fayetteville Observer in 2017.
