Nichole Ashley Mckenney

I am a solo attorney based out of Waverly, Nebraska. My office is remote, allowing me to meet with clients all over the state via video call, phone, and email. In person meetings in the surrounding area are also available upon request. I specialize in estate planning, probate, and business formations. I have experience in drafting wills, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, and transfer on death deeds for estate planning clients. I work with small businesses to form LLCs, draft operating agreements, review and draft contracts/leases. In probate cases, I represent personal representatives as they administer estates, as well as file stand alone inheritance tax petitions with the court.
